The Delft University of Technology (TUD) has advanced plans to establish a presence in Rotterdam, at a location or multiple locations yet to be determined. It will accommodate approximately 10,000 students and 3,500 staff members in Rotterdam. Regenalyze conducted a study for the City of Rotterdam to answer the question:
